Terms of Service

Perly is a portfolio record-keeping tool. You type in your own transactions; Perly stores them and computes figures such as cost basis, profit and loss, and return on investment from what you entered. That is the whole service.

Not advice. Nothing in Perly — no figure, chart, or text — is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. The arithmetic is only as good as the entries you make, and decisions you take based on it are yours.

No custody. Perly never holds, moves, or has access to your assets. It does not connect to wallets, does not ask for seed phrases or private keys, and does not take exchange API keys. It cannot touch your coins.

Your account. You are responsible for your credentials and for what you record. You may delete your data or your account at any time; deletion is permanent.

The service. Perly is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your records.

Limitation of liability. We are not liable for any trading, investment, or tax decision you make, for any profit or loss you realise, for market movements, or for the acts of any exchange, wallet, or custodian you use. Nor are we liable for indirect or consequential loss, for data you entered incorrectly, or for downtime — to the maximum extent permitted by law. Perly reports what you recorded; it does not verify it against any external source, and it cannot know whether your entries are complete or correct.

What we cannot do. Perly holds no keys and no funds, so it cannot execute a trade, move a balance, or recover a lost wallet — no matter who asks. If anyone claiming to be Perly requests your seed phrase, private keys, or exchange API keys, it is not us.
