Holdings
What do I hold?
Every asset in its own position, its share of the whole, and how it has done against simply holding bitcoin.
Perly App
A private ledger for your Bitcoin, and for your other coins too. Cost basis, profit and return, worked out from every buy and sell you record — and sealed in your browser before any of it reaches us.
The ledger
Everything in Perly App is worked out from the fills you record. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is read from an exchange.
Holdings
Every asset in its own position, its share of the whole, and how it has done against simply holding bitcoin.
Cost basis
Cost basis and average buy price from every fill, fees included, with realized and unrealized profit kept apart.
Return
Profit and return in dollars — or switch the unit to bitcoin and see whether the rest of the portfolio beat just holding BTC.

How it works
Import the CSV your exchange already gives you — Coinbase, Binance, Kraken and most others are read on their own — type a fill in by hand, or watch a Bitcoin address. Nothing is saved until you have seen the preview.

Choose one encryption password. Amounts are encrypted in your browser before they are stored; nobody at Perly can read them, or reset the password for you.

Cost basis, profit, return and every chart redraw from each fill you add. Switch to bitcoin as the unit whenever the dollar is the wrong ruler.

Charts
Not a market feed with your balance laid on top: every line and every dot is something you did.
Around the ledger
Every fill with its value today, its profit and its return — and the whole ledger exported whenever you want it.
Buys and sells, transfers between your own wallets, income, gifts and coins spent — each counted the way it should be.
Price targets and market signals, checked every minute, delivered in the browser or through Perly's Telegram bot.
Set a recurring buy and Perly App reminds you when it is due, then counts how many you kept.
Arithmetic over your own history — your rhythm, your spread, where the price stands against your average. It never tells you to buy or sell.
Any year of the ledger, by average cost, FIFO or LIFO, saved as a PDF.

Private by design
Perly never asks for access to your coins. It keeps a record of what you tell it, encrypted with a password only you know.
Pricing
From registration the whole app is yours for 14 days, with nothing to pay up front. After that your portfolios stay readable and exportable; to keep adding, take a seat in the club or a year of the subscription.
Nothing is on sale yet: the prices are published before the first one is sold.

No. Perly App never connects to your coins. You import a CSV, type a fill in, or give it a public Bitcoin address or xpub to watch — never a private key, and never an API key.
Not its amounts. Encryption is on by default, and amounts are encrypted in your browser before they are stored. Price alerts are the one exception: to fire while you are away, an alert's target is kept where the server can read it, and the app says so where you set one.
With an email and a password, or with your Google or X account. Signing in with Google shares your name, email address and profile picture; Perly App uses the address to create your account and sign you in, and reads nothing else from your Google account — no mail, no contacts, no files. The same account opens Perly Invoice. The Privacy Policy lists all of it.
Perly App is built around Bitcoin and tracks other coins too, each in its own position with its own cost basis — and each measured against bitcoin as well as the dollar.
Nothing is taken away. Your portfolios stay readable, exportable and deletable; adding and changing entries needs a club seat or a yearly subscription.
Yes. Perly App runs in the browser and installs to the home screen, on a phone or on a computer.
No. Everything Perly App shows is arithmetic over your own transactions and public market data. What to do with it is always yours to decide.
